Although
ecommerce was big at the time, CIG didn't want to alienate their distributors
and retailers, so they only wanted to do a brochure site. The goal was to
entice the user with information on their books, without giving away
too much information. I did have fun with the opening animation. I
used their little dunce caricature and surrounded him with subject titles
that faded in and out. It gave the user an idea of some of the many subjects
the CIG's covered. (Architect, Designer, UI/UX, Photo-Illustrator, Animator)
