A
new software product is not a simple thing to illustrate on a website. Until
you install it and see it in operation, some users just don't get it. Besides
developing the general design, I was asked to explain it in the simplest
of terms with flow charts. By the time I was finished with my four charts
I finally got it. I figured that if I got it, someone who would be keen
to have this software would not only get it them selves, they just might
buy it too. My client was extremely happy. (Producer, Architect, Designer,
