My
next step was to put it in a label format. This was created in the old days
– before computers and printers – when designers put comps together
by hand using typeset, hand painting, and a lot of Spraymount. I thought
my little abstract poppy (?) worked well on a light green metallic paper,
and then framed with hand lettering. Unfortunately, it didn’t make
the cut. The whole concept didn’t make the cut. All I was left with
was to redesign their primary label > > > |
