The
wine industry evolves as fast as the internet. While most people believe
that there is an actual winery behind every wine they buy, often it's a
wine produced at a large winery - but with a different label. Small producers,
winemakers that don't have the funds to build their own winery, use the
facilities and the equipment available at a large winery and bottle it with
their own label. The other option is the use of a 'custom crush' facility
- sharing equipment with many others small producers. NWS has gone one step
further by offering small wine 'condos' to 'artisan' wineries - a studio
that shares the cost of being an artist. |
