This client was proud of his Abyssinian heritage. There are some beautiful
hieroglyphics that the Abyssinian’s left behind – mostly of
horses with wings and symbols of the sun. The horse/wing identity has been
overused in the industry, so he agreed to focus in on wings and the sun.
I created these wings in pencil which helped to give it a hand-drawn feel.
The printer had a really fun time with the die-cut on this one. |
