This is another member of the Creekside Vineyards labels. We chose a tall,
thin, clear bottle, reminiscent of the grappas of Italy. The label wrapped
around the bottle along with a gold ribbon with a green wax seal. There
are some very expensive brands on the market to compete with. It is such
a surprise to me that something so popular comes from the bottom of the
barrel – a distillation of the lees left over after crush –
and as many times as I’ve tried it, in my opinion, it still tastes
just horrible.
